Welcome to ECUS - A School for Boys and Girls
At Ealing College Upper School, we are committed to providing individual quality education and learning to every pupil, irrespective of their ability and background.
ECUS is a small independent grammar school founded in 1820 and moved to its present site in West London in 1957. Boys and girls can usually be admitted at any age from 11 to 18, depending on the availability of places in the appropriate year group.
Pupils come from a wide variety of abilities and backgrounds and it is our aim to help each one, through a personal and caring approach, to achieve his or her full potential. Parents have stated how pleased they were that they chose Ealing College Upper School for their sons or daughters education.
With a low pupil:staff ratio at Ealing College Upper School, our examination results at both GCSE and A-level have been well above national averages and those achieved by schools in the London Borough of Ealing. In recent years, almost all of our Sixth-Form leavers have progressed to universities.
