BTEC Level 3 National Diploma
BTEC National Diploma offers students a specialist qualification that focus on particular aspects of employment within the appropriate vocational sector. The qualification can also extend a learner’s programme of study and provide vocational emphasis for learners following Applied GCE or GCE route or a combination of both in their programme of study. Having completed the National Award, students may progress to BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND) or degree.
At ECUS, we offer the following TWO year courses commencing every September, January/February and July.

Assessment
The units are assessed using a variety of methods, including case studies, assignments and work-based assessments, along with projects, performance observation and time-constrained assessments.
Progression
Students successfully completing the BTEC National Diploma can progress to the Higher National Diploma (Foundation Degree Level).
Entry Requirement (General)
Students must have:
- 5 GCSEs, including Maths or an equivalent qualifications
- If you are an international student you must provide evidence of English proficiency, e.g IELTS at 5.5 or higher
